How many owners must agree to urban transformation?
After a risky building decision, Law No. 6306 allows the decision to be taken by a simple majority of shares.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on building size, but from demolition to occupancy it takes 18 to 24 months on average.
Can we receive rent assistance?
Eligible owners and tenants can apply to the Ministry for rent assistance. We help with the application documents.
How large will my new flat be?
It depends on zoning rights. Before signing we define the exact size and location for each owner.
